Steven M. Siliato, Esq. earned his B.A. in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University in 2009, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013, graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Siliato focuses his practice on the purchase and sale of business, residential, and commercial real estate, providing representation for both institutional and private lenders. Additionally, he offers counsel on land use and development, leasing, and evictions.

His expertise in real estate has led to him being recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for five consecutive years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. This honor is awarded to no more than 2.5% of all eligible attorneys. Notable achievements in his career include:

• The sale of a portfolio of mobile home parks for $240 million

• An asset sale of a privately held pretzel manufacturer for $115 million

• An asset sale of a privately held heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment distributor for $42 million

• The sale of twelve privately held convenience stores in a stock and real estate portfolio sale for $12 million

• An asset and real estate acquisition of a funeral home for $8 million

• A $10 million acquisition of a new corporate headquarters by a privately held tile wholesaler, which included institutional lending and tax incentives from the New York State Job Development Authority and the Town of Babylon Industrial Development Agency.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Siliato enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his wife, three children, and two English Bulldogs. He is admitted to practice law in New York State.
